Predominantly used in the waste recycling industry. Flip Flow screen media is designed to create a secondary reaction to the vibration / Action of the screen. This reaction is created by the action of the flip flow mat moving swiftly up and down transferring the energy into the product been screened to improve separation.
We can offer a wide range of flip flow media from edge moulded mats to bolt on mats and knock in fixing strip. Available in various grades and shore hardness and thickness of Polyurethane or Rubber.
We can design and create mats with apertures Square, Round or Slotted to suit all your screening applications.
