Rubber tension screen media is a well established technology to improve wear life, product sizing and degradation, pegging, blinding and noise compared to traditional metal media. MHP has developed it’s own specification of corded rubber screen-cloth, manufactured exclusively for us, to guarantee resistance to stretch and longer life in operation in the most adverse environments.
In 2005 MHP developed the “Testa-Rossa” rubber tension screen in the search for a high performance but economic solution to blinding and pegging on fine materials screening. A special twin hardness base material is punched, using non-standard cutters, to produce a screen-mat which has repeatedly resolved long standing blinding problems for our clients, which have defeated alternative media.
Originally developed for wet screening PU is usually specified in modular form and benefits from the Kuper “Varia” fixing system which is stronger, eliminates any chance of abrasion or build up and is easier to fit and service than competing systems. We also offer a GK-85 variant to fit directly into the structure of popular systems and custom adapter bars for conversion from any steel structure.
Predominantly used in the waste recycling industry. Flip Flow screen media is designed to create a secondary reaction to the vibration / Action of the screen. This reaction is created by the action of the flip flow mat moving swiftly up and down transferring the energy into the product been screened to improve separation.
