LINATEX® 801 Smooth Cut End Hose & Couplings

The ever-popular LINATEX® 801 range of smooth cut end hose and couplings is a versatile, high-performance solution for slurry and material handling. It features a cut-to-length design with robust construction using high-tensile textile cords and steel wire helix. Available with LINATEX® premium rubber or SBR liners, it delivers superior abrasion resistance. Operating from -30°C to +75°C with a 3:1 safety factor, it’s ideal for sand, gravel, dewatering, and mineral processing. The bolt-on split cast couplings support ANSI 150, PN10, and PN16 flanges, ensuring easy on-site assembly and adaptability across applications.

LINATEX® 806, 808 & 888

For more flexible handling requirements, we offer the LINATEX® 806 soft wall slurry hose, which boasts a durable, non-wire construction. Its inherent flexibility and rebound capability reduce permanent deformation risks, making it ideal for discharge duties. Operating effectively between -35°C and +75°C, the 806 hose is available in the same extensive size range as the 808.

The LINATEX® 808 hard wall slurry hose is designed to withstand extreme pressure. Featuring high-tensile reinforcement cords and an embedded steel wire helix, the 808 hose is suited for use in high-pressure applications up to 5000 kPa. With nominal bores ranging from 50mm to 1000mm and lengths up to 15 metres, it offers robust performance and long service life.

Where adaptability is key, the LINATEX® 888 adaptable slurry hose provides the ideal solution. Designed with an integrated flange on one end and an open, trimmable end on the other, it allows for quick on-site customisation and simplified installation. Available in bores from 100mm to 300mm, the 888 supports pressures up to 1000 kPa.
