GK85: outstanding abrasion resistance

Our GK85 modules are manufactured using premium-grade cast polyurethane with a nominal hardness of 85 Shore A. It offers outstanding abrasion resistance, excellent tensile strength and long service life under continuous dynamic loads. Engineered for high wear environments, these modules are ideal for primary & secondary screening

For applications requiring greater compliance and shock absorption, we also offer GK-SOFT. With a lower Shore hardness, 65 Shore A, GK-SOFT maintains excellent physical properties while providing enhanced energy absorption and vibration damping. Typically used for fine screening to prevent pegging and blinding.

High resistance, low compression set and superior tear resistance

Both GK85 and GK-SOFT exhibit high resistance to oils, greases, fuels and a wide range of industrial chemicals. Their low compression set and superior tear resistance make them suitable for sectors including recycling, manufacturing, automotive, marine, and materials handling.
