MHP Improved Wash Plant Solution

The underpans and chutes are to be lined with a combination with Abratuff 60 Shore black, Abratex 40 Shore red rubber and Steel backed rubber liners 15+5, 25+5 & 50+5. The system has been bespoke designed to suit the all the different areas of the application, with removable wear tiles located in the difficult to access areas for future easy replacement.

Abratuff 60 is also ideal for less demanding applications such as conveyor skirting and offers a very cost-effective solution whilst maintaining high performance. Abratex 40 is a lining formulated with a high natural rubber content for use in wet & abrasive applications. Our Abratex 40 benefits from a CN bonding Layer which has excellent metal adhesion quality and is compatible with most rubber to metal contact adhesives and primers. It offers superb wet abrasion resistance and is available in 3-35 mm thicknesses.
